Local Calling Area Manager

LCA will accomplish the task of organizing all of the steps necessary for implementing new local calling areas, processing changes in current local calling areas, and the maintenance of established local calling areas. The system takes into account that in a local telephone company, there is a chain of command through which a local calling area must be reviewed, approved, and implemented. The Full Version of LCA Allows the User to:

• Create a database for all NPA/NXX codes and rate centers

• Use this database to schedule the opening of new NPA/NXX codes and rate centers

• View all call plans (I.e. business and residential) by individual rate center within a selected state

• View detailed NPA/NXX information separated by: Rate Center, Zone, State, LATA, CLLI, V&H Coordinates, EAA Modifier, and EAA Number

• View all NPA/NXX codes by Rate Center

• Have a username and password for a secure log-in

• View data through a web-based graphic user interface (GUI)
