Advanced Technologies & Services, Inc, a supplier of Revenue Assurance solutions for communications providers, announced today that they have developed new enhancements to their SimCall Lite audit tool. SimCall Lite compares switch information with billing data to produce an audit of the vertical features provisioned for customers. The new enhancements expand SimCall Lite’s audit capability to include the ability to audit the accuracy of PIC data and Class of Service data. The latest release will also identify unused office equipment through a comparison of switch to inventory. Our most recent office equipment audit resulted in savings of over $400,000 on line cards. Carriers spend millions of dollars each year purchasing line cards when they already have spare office equipment available in the network. ATS' new tool will help eliminate this unnecessary expense.
