In April 2008 at the Billing and OSS show in Chicago, ATS introduced its new direction for Revenue Assurance 2.0. This concept was born out of the notion that Revenue assurance and CRM (customer relationship management) were converging. Over the past year we have seen numerous examples of this convergence. ATS’ first applications of RA 2.0 tools were released in 2008 and they paved the way for a new suite of tools that will be introduced in 2009. Our 2009 enhancements are intended to provide a lens into the wide variety of operational and system handoffs that complicate a large carriers infrastructure. ATS’ latest features, which will be rolled out to existing clients in 2009, include sophisticated data management tools, state of the art optics, and alarms that will facilitate root cause analysis and correction. Randall Guthrie, President of ATS says, “In 2009 ATS will be providing our clients with a better lens to understand the underlying issues between operational systems. In 2010 our goal will be to roll out a sophisticated operational performance and broadcast system, which will provide not only a lens into the various operational systems and data handoffs, but an intelligent self correcting system to keep legacy systems in sync”.
