AMADEUS Demo

is the tool for extracting statistics from AMA data files. The web based, real time software application filters AMA data into subsets based on user-defined call characteristics. The software gives the user the capability to drill down and examine a single call detail record or if the user defines, multiple records. AMADEUS is also capable of extracting delta statistics based on comparisons of two data sets. This enables translators to check AMA before and after corrections have been made to a particular switch. This process will allow for verification of billing accuracy, which is crucial in today's competitive telecommunications market. Also, AMADEUS interactively produces reports, which can be exported to Microsoft Excel and Access. This feature will allow the user to create dynamic spreadsheets and graphics.
 

ATS has identified specific "soft spots" in the flow of CDRs from the switch-to-bill process. These "soft spots" are analyzed and studied for revenue leakage using various reports, processes, and expertise. AMADEUS can be offered as a complete integrated solution or be used through any combination of the bulleted items listed. AMADEUS interactively produces reports which can exported to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.

AMADEUS Report Features

• The Indexer Module generates an index set or top level view of AMA data for speed of access.
   

• The Filter Module displays ranges of field values within an AMA data set as starting points for filtering. Key fields include answer indicator, originating and terminating NPA/NXX, structure code, call code, MBI and elapsed time.
   

• The Expander Module displays and annotates individual call detail records, which are extracted from the source input files.
   

• The GUI Module provides browser-based Internet access to AMADEUS processes and reports.
   

• Call Analysis Module permits high-level summarizations by key LERG fields: CLLI Code, Rate Area, NPA/NXX, etc.
