Compliance Policy
ATS has developed an Integrity and Compliance Program which includes, among other things, its Code of Ethics, Anti-Corruption Policy, and Anti-Money Laundering Policy. Any violation of our internal policies or applicable laws, rules, and regulations, may lead to civil and criminal penalties ranging from fines and imprisonment to the forfeiture of goods being imposed on individuals and the Company.
